Happy Chanukah and much love to all my Jewish friends, their families and loved ones.

Claire Smith: This blog is dedicated to fulfilling my new mission in life: to learn each and every day how to live with purpose and passion. No more existing. It’s time to get busy living, by devouring the beauty, sights, sounds I am blessed to have flowing about me. How to get it right I may never know. But my eyes are wide open, now, in this, the sixth decade of life. Whether it be a virgin canvas, a blank page, a new genre of music waiting to be wash over me, a new friendship with an old soul and kindred spirit, I am game. I hope to write and write and write, until I write the hurts, paralyses and numbing doubts right out of my world. Believe. Trust. Onward. Always.
